About the role
We are seeking a qualified Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Radiology - General/Other to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL, with coverage in Tampa, Florida. This position involves providing diagnostic imaging services including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret a variety of radiological procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to determine appropriate imaging studies.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all procedures and findings.
- Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities to meet regulatory standards.
Skills And Qualifications
- Current MD or DO license in Florida.
- Board certification in Radiology or eligibility.
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
