Seeking Pediatric HemOnc physician for locums coverage in a facility in Missouri.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including rounding and admissions.
- Manage up to 15 shifts per month, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with call coverage from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM, and weekend call from Friday at 4:30 PM to Sunday at 8:00 AM.
- Handle inpatient responsibilities during on-call hours; hospitalists manage overnight admissions except for new oncology diagnoses.
- Perform bone marrow biopsies; see 5-10 patients per shift in a 30-bed department.
- Board certification and fellowship required; Missouri license or IMLC needed; BLS and PALS certifications required.
- Experience with EMR system Epic preferred.
