**Dates of Coverage:** 3 days per week, with coverage starting as soon as credentialing is completed
**Schedule:** Clinics operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Shifts are typically 12 hours or longer, contingent on patient volume, and providers are required to manage all patient arrivals during these operational hours.
**Average Call Back Hours:** Not applicable.
**Provider Requirements:** A total of 3 full-time providers are needed to fulfill 3 shifts per week each, aggregating to 9 shifts weekly.
**Practice Settings:** The setting involves a clinical environment.
**Patient Demographics:** The patient population spans all ages, from birth to the elderly, with variations in demographics occurring daily across different clinics.
**Outpatient vs Inpatient Care:** The facility provides 100% outpatient care.
**Daily Patient Volume:** Patient encounters per day can fluctuate between 25 to 50, with increased numbers expected during the cold and flu season.
**Trauma Level Designation:** The focus is on episodic events; cases requiring higher acuity care will be referred to emergency departments.

**Laceration Repair:** Proficiency in simple, intermediate, and complex suturing or stapling.

**Incision and Drainage (I&D):** Including packing techniques.

**Foreign Body Removal:** Management of non-embedded foreign bodies.

**Minor Burn Care:** Treatment and management of minor burns.

**Skin Lesion Treatment:** Evaluation and care of skin lesions.

**Orthopedic Stabilization:** Techniques for splinting, casting, and joint reduction.

**Diagnostic Procedures:** Point-of-care testing and interpretation, including X-ray and electrocardiogram (EKG) evaluations, as well as rapid testing for strep, flu, COVID-19, RSV, urinalysis, and blood glucose.

**Epistaxis Management:** Techniques such as anterior nasal packing and chemical cautery (e.g., silver nitrate).

**Cerumen Removal:** Safe removal of earwax impaction.

**Airway Support:** Administering nebulizer treatments and initial stabilization measures.
**EMR/Documentation System:** Epic.
**Credentialing Information:** - **Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:** 60 to 90 days.

**Availability of Temp Positions:** No. - **Shift Description:** Shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM, typically exceeding 12 hours based on patient inflow; each provider covers 3 shifts weekly.

**Mandatory Qualifications:** - **Board Certified:** Required.
