Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management of the location, including operations, sales, customer service, and team development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee profit & loss analysis, financial management, and budget adherence to ensure profitability.
- Manage team recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Utilize Excel data analysis and other business tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform decision making.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Implement process improvements and lean management practices to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with executive-level teams to align location strategies with overall corporate goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in management, team leadership, and operational oversight within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for tracking performance metrics and supporting strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated success in business management, sales growth, and process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional managerial communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
