Loans & Distributions Specialist Salary: Up to $75,000 + Full Benefits & PTO
We're partnering with a growing financial services firm seeking an experienced L oans & Distributions Specialist to join their retirement operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience processing brokerage retirement plan distributions and loan transactions.
What You'll Do:
- Process retirement plan loan requests and distributions accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify paperwork to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with brokerage partners, custodians, and internal teams to facilitate timely transaction processing.
- Handle hardship withdrawals, in-service distributions, rollovers, loan repayments, and loan defaults.
- Respond to client and advisor inquiries regarding loans and distributions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions meet service level expectations.
- Identify and resolve processing issues while delivering an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience processing retirement plan loans and distributions.
- Required: Experience handling brokerage retirement plan distributions.
- Strong understanding of retirement plan operations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
