About This Role

This role involves supporting an established mortgage broker by providing friendly, customer-focused service. It is a flexible, casual position suitable for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and learning new skills. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training, including learning the CRM and understanding the mortgage broking process, with opportunities for growth as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on outstanding information
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service throughout the lending process
• Assist with customer enquiries and keep clients updated on their applications
• Learn to use MyCRM to manage customer information and track deal progress
• Support the existing CSM with general administrative tasks
• Help ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience from application through to settlement

Requirements

• Organised, personable, and enjoys speaking with people over the phone
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, confident, and professional phone manner
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes
• The ability to work independently while being part of a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with MyCRM, mortgage broking, or financial services
