- Proven experience with LoanIQ (LIQ) implementation , including configuration, customization, and support
- Strong hands-on expertise in LoanIQ queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Demonstrated commercial lending operations experience , covering the full lifecycle from loan closing through servicing
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues , leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Experience in a LoanIQ Product Support role , providing end-to-end application support
- Deep understanding of LoanIQ application architecture , with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across both frontend and backend layers
- Operations background in Closing and Servicing is required , with a strong understanding of workflows, controls, and compliance
