This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies, building intelligent applications and taking ideas from concept → prototype → production.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop and deploy LLM-powered applications for real-world business use cases.
- Build intelligent applications using Large Language Models, Generative AI and AI agents.
- Develop and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, internal systems and third-party services.
- Develop AI workflows and agentic systems capable of performing multi-step tasks.
- Experiment with different models, prompts, architectures and approaches to improve AI performance.
- Build scalable and reliable AI applications suitable for production environments.
- Evaluate, monitor and continuously improve the quality, accuracy and reliability of LLM applications.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can create value.
- Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving LLM and Generative AI ecosystem and introduce relevant technologies into production.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical field.
- Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs / Generative AI.
- Strong experience with Python or another modern programming language.
- Practical experience with RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents or LLM API integration.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar is an advantage.
- Experience working with APIs, databases and backend systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment and production systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where technologies and requirements evolve quickly.
