Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal is a key role within a growing litigation team, assisting attorneys and clients through complex legal matters. This position suits a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values independence and ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents
• Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines
• Coordinate court filings and service of process
• Organize and summarize medical, financial, and business records
• Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Maintain accurate case management records and calendars

Requirements

• Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
