This in-house litigation position is for an experienced Georgia litigation attorney to lead a high-volume portfolio of civil and commercial disputes. The attorney will independently manage matters from initial case assessment and filing through discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, hearings, and post-judgment enforcement. The role offers substantial case ownership, direct collaboration with legal leadership, and the opportunity to practice litigation without traditional law firm billable-hour requirements.
