LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Interviewer (Medior Content Marketeer)

About This Role

This role involves ghostwriting LinkedIn posts for directors, founders, and experts at the company's B2B clients, ensuring the content sounds authentic to their individual voices. The ideal candidate will conduct interviews to gather stories and opinions, leveraging AI tools like Claude to draft posts and then adding a human touch. The role requires a keen eye for identifying thought leaders and crafting content that reflects their unique perspectives, while also managing multiple client profiles and content types.

Responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn posts for directors, founders, and experts at clients, ensuring they sound as if the individual wrote them
• Work for multiple profiles simultaneously
• Conduct interviews with the individuals for whom you write, gathering their stories, opinions, and examples as raw material for posts
• Identify true thought leaders within a client's organization and amplify their stories in their own words
• Work AI-first, guiding and evaluating AI output (specifically Claude) and refining it to be human-like
• Document each profile's unique voice, including word choice, rhythm, topics, and phrases they would never use
• Write other content such as blogs, newsletters, or case studies in addition to LinkedIn posts
• Coordinate messaging and planning with the Client Director and Client Success Manager, staying informed about client developments
• Analyze content performance to understand what resonates and adapt your approach accordingly

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a ghostwriter, copywriter, or content marketer, preferably with LinkedIn and B2B experience
• Ability to embody another person's persona, writing posts after an hour-long conversation that clients recognize as their own voice
• Strong interviewing skills, capable of asking probing questions and identifying valuable stories
• Extensive experience with AI, especially Claude, and the ability to immediately recognize AI-generated language
• Produce human-sounding content
• Understand the difference between thought leadership posts and promotional posts, and be able to write both
• Knowledge of LinkedIn formats, what works in the feed, and how to stand out without being overly promotional
• Confidence to challenge client ideas that are not strong enough and propose better alternatives
• Structured work approach, managing multiple clients and voices simultaneously without delays
• Flawless Dutch writing skills
