LinkedIn Ghostwriter - Freelance, 100% Remote, B2B & Agency Consulting

About This Role

This freelance role involves transforming the founder's ideas and expertise into engaging LinkedIn content that drives business results. The ghostwriter will create scroll-stopping posts that accurately reflect the founder's voice and consistently generate qualified inbound leads for an international audience of agency owners and B2B service providers.

Responsibilities

• Turn calls, voice notes, client wins, and insights into clear post ideas with a strong angle
• Package every idea with 3–5 hook variations, the right format (text, carousel, image, video caption), and a clear call to action
• Write posts in Kilian’s voice that stop the scroll, tell a story, and turn attention into comments, DMs, and lead magnet requests
• Repurpose YouTube videos, reels, newsletters, and giveaways into LinkedIn posts and carousels
• Work closely with the Lead Gen team so every post supports giveaways, lead magnets, and DM flows
• Track top creators and competitors, model what’s working, and proactively bring new formats
• Review what performed each week and why (impressions, comments, DMs, leads), and use it for next week’s content
• Leave thoughtful, value-adding comments in Kilian’s voice on posts from relevant creators and accounts in the niche, to grow reach, profile visits, and engagement on Kilian’s account

Requirements

• Proven experience writing LinkedIn content for founders or B2B personal brands (as a ghostwriter, content writer, or copywriter)
• Posts that went viral on LinkedIn, for yourself or clients, with the numbers to show for it
• Excellent written English and business-fluent spoken English
• A true A-player writer who is willing to go the extra mile
• Above-average hooks: you know why a first line works and can write 5 strong options in minutes
• Ability to study a founder and write exactly like them
• A conversion mindset: you write for leads, not likes
• Winner’s mindset, energy, drive, coachable

Nice to have:

• Experience writing for coaches, consultants, or agency owners

Important Details

• Schedule: approximately 4–6 hours per week
• Communication: async via ClickUp (tasks, comments, chat)
• Weekly content review and approval with Kilian
• Drafts delivered 48 hours before the scheduled posting date
