What You’ll Do
Prepare & Serve Menus: Execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner items—pancakes, savory dishes, seasonal specials—with consistency, quality, and flair.
- Maintain Standards: Follow IHOP SOPs for food handling, presentation, and safety.
- Station Management: Keep your cooking station clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work seamlessly with fellow cooks, servers, and managers to deliver efficient, friendly service, especially during busy rush periods.
- Wear the IHOP Smile: Welcome guests with warmth and pride in your work!
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen (IHOP or breakfast-style a plus).
- Familiarity with food safety standards.
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do personality that loves making people’s day better through great food.
