Line Cook

About This Role

Working as a Line Cook involves preparing delicious food that keeps guests coming back. This role is for someone passionate about ingredients, food quality, and delivering a consistent guest experience, with expertise in prep and spec recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
• Prep and cook all menu items according to recipe standards
• Help minimize food waste by creating proper portions, staying vigilant for ticket errors, and communicating with expo
• Partner with the service team to ensure food is accurate, delivered fresh and in a timely manner
• Adhere to all company and health department food safety procedures
• Properly and safely operate kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and stocked station before, during and after each shift
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience
• 18+ years of age
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is a must
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)
