This lifeguard position is within a fast-paced, high-standard setting focused on safety and exceptional member service at the Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club. Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of members and guests by actively monitoring all aquatic areas
• Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies with proper procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning pool environment
• Perform daily opening/closing duties and routine pool maintenance
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a professional and friendly approach
• Assist with aquatic programs, lessons, and club events
• Monitor pool chemicals, supplies, and equipment functionality
• Accurately complete logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Uphold all Club standards, policies, and safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Positive attitude with a commitment to member satisfaction
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions
• Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications required
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including sun, heat, and water exposure
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift
