Lifecycle Service Manager

About This Role

This role focuses on implementing strategic service programs, tools, and processes within a designated country, coordinating with business and service managers to ensure consistent application of cross-organizational tools for cost efficiency. The position emphasizes building installed base knowledge, increasing market penetration, and creating added value for customers, contributing to the Service Organization of Automation Process Industries Division across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of service strategy in the designated area by defining detailed objectives, key results, and milestones of the strategic initiative
• Implement and monitor progress of cross-functional activities and applications across units and businesses to ensure achievement and efficient utilization of available resources
• Coordinate with relevant service management teams and other initiative leads to define activities, guidelines, scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation
• Support businesses to improve the quality of data in service-related databases, including installed base management

Requirements

• Strong interest and understanding of the data center, pulp and paper, metals, and HPR markets, with a genuine passion for working with relevant tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations and management, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Very good knowledge of lifecycle management and service operations, with the ability to optimize service performance and long-term customer value
• Passionate about delivering customer value and lifecycle services, with a track record of solving complex customer challenges and driving service growth and digital transformation
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities, enabling effective engagement across functions and customer organizations
• Demonstrated experience in industrial automation, lifecycle management, service business, and customer value creation
• Fluent in English
• Eligible and willing to work in Singapore or Indonesia, with valid citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work authorization

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia

The Process Industries Division serves the mining, minerals processing, metals, cement, pulp and paper, battery manufacturing, and food and beverage, as well as their associated service industries.
