We are looking for a (BU Service) Lifecycle Manager.
Responsibilities / Tasks In the role of Lifecycle Manager, you will ensure the successful development, optimization, and profitability of service offerings throughout their entire lifecycle—from introduction and growth to maturity and phase-out.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and manage the service lifecycle strategy for assigned products and solutions.
- Monitor and optimize service performance across all lifecycle phases.
- Define service offerings, pricing, and value propositions in alignment with market needs.
- Drive continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze lifecycle data and implement actions based on KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and sales.
- Lead service portfolio reviews and lifecycle decisions.
- Identify opportunities for digitization and service innovation.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in service management, lifecycle management, or product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (Dutch or German is an advantage).
