About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses.
Responsibilities
- Provide various consultation and support services related to facility admission and discharge
- Guide residents through facility information
- Coordinate service plans
- Coordinate recreation and outing plans
- Respond to requests from family members
Requirements
- Certified Care Worker (at least 1 year of practical experience), Certified Social Worker, or Social Welfare Officer
- Ordinary driving license (AT limited)
- No experience required
