Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pediatric Home Health
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home care, supporting patients with skilled nursing needs. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to ensure safe, effective care in alignment with CDC safety guidelines. Maintain clear plans of care, deliver treatments such as G-tube, trach, or vent management (training provided if needed), and build meaningful patient relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania or Multistate LPN license, TB test, BLS CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and willingness to train for specialized procedures if necessary. Ability to work independently in a home setting while accessing 24/7 clinical support.
