Role Overview:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide outpatient addiction treatment services. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patients, performing clinical assessments, and maintaining accurate medical records in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and document care
- Monitor patients before and after dosing
- Obtain vital signs and conduct assessments
- Assist with patient evaluations and scheduling
- Support regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver compassionate care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or outpatient nursing is preferred
