Job Description The LPN II is an experienced nurse who demonstrates competency in all aspects of job requirements. The LPN functions under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN provides nursing care, performs basic nursing procedures and administers medications. The LPN II acts as a resource for other employees.

Experience Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
Licenses & Certifications
Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
Healthcare Provider (CPR)
Qualifications NOTE: ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
NOTE: NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
NOTE: PALS within one year of hire in PACU.
NOTE: BLS required within 30 days of hire.
NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
