Position Details:
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
- Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Location: Penn Yan, NY
- Assignment Length: 14 Weeks
- Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours per week)
- Shift: All shifts open, part time, full time, per diem
Requirements:
- Active New York LPN license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Long-Term Care
- Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
- Experience providing care for adult and geriatric residents
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
