About the role
Assumes the responsibility for identifying patient family needs and for providing clinical care in accordance with physicians orders and plan of care within the policies and procedure of Hospice Care
Education Technical or Vocational school plus up to 2 years specialty training
Experience One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License
- Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) required within 30 days of hire.
- Vehicle Insurance
Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as a LPN in an acute care setting preferred.
- BLS required within 30 days of hire.
- Dependable automobile
- Experience in Hospice preferred
- BLS required within 30 days of hire.
