Job Summary:
The LPN will provide clinical support in an occupational health/clinic setting. Responsibilities include assisting with routine patient care, supporting health screenings and examinations, documenting patient information, and helping maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with pre-employment and occupational health exams
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient histories
- Support staff with clinic procedures and diagnostic testing
- Administer immunizations and routine treatments as directed
- Review and document patient information accurately
- Assist with employee health screenings, including respirator clearance and audiometric-related paperwork as assigned
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical organization
- Provide general support to nursing and medical staff
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Ability to work Monday–Friday schedule 8a-4p
