The Dalby Unit offers a fast-paced clinical environment where nurses play a critical role in daily patient care, emergency response, chronic disease management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Nurses are empowered to use their assessment and critical-thinking skills while contributing to positive patient outcomes.

Schedule & Benefits
Both opportunities offer a 4-on, 4-off schedule , giving nurses extended time away from work to refresh, recharge, and enjoy more of what matters to them.
Competitive Pay – Earn a strong salary plus shift differential.
- Night Differential: +$3/hr on weekday nights
- Weekend Differential: +$3/hr on weekend days
- Weekend Night Differential: +$6/hr on weekend nights
