About This Role

Working as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, providing psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of conditions. You will help patients define goals and gain insights through personalized care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention when necessary. This role is for a passionate therapist committed to transforming mental health accessibility and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions
• Help people define goals and gain insights through personalized committed care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination
• Provide crisis intervention if needed
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Use an EMR system and ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all patient encounters
• See a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Requirements

• Active license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in the state of Wisconsin
• Passion for high quality care
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all patient encounters
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions

Important Details

• Schedule: flexibility to create your own work schedule, full-time hours expected
• Work format: hybrid (most therapists work three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth)
