Responsibilities
- Perform professional lash extension
- Customize lash designs based on clients
- Maintain excellent lash retention, application quality, and client comfort
- Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Provide professional consultations and educate clients on lash aftercare
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Support daily studio operations and work collaboratively with the team
Requirements
- Active Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology License required
- Previous lash extension experience
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and precision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional

- Commitment to professional development and long-term career growth
