About the role
Land Surveyor gpac is partnered with a growing civil construction firm specializing in commercial projects. We're looking for a Land Surveyor to manage surveying needs across our active developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Provide construction staking and layout support
- Prepare legal descriptions, plats, and survey documents
- Coordinate with project teams and manage survey crews/vendors
- Ensure all survey work meets local, state, and federal standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years' surveying experience (construction layout preferred)
- Proficient with survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally
Preferred
- Development or contractor experience
- UAS/drone survey experience a plus
