Licensed Insurance Producer

About This Role

This entry-level role in personal lines insurance sales involves contacting warm leads to help individuals secure property and casualty coverage. It is an opportunity for someone new to sales who is eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up via phone, text, and email
• Educate clients on personal insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using our CRM
• Achieve individual activity and production goals

Requirements

• A strong interest in new business development and helping people
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
• No prior sales experience needed, we'll train the right person
• Must obtain and hold a valid P&C Personal Lines license prior to start date
