About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities.
Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy, assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline. The role involves developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation using a user-friendly EHR system.
Qualifications include an active, unrestricted LCSW license , effective communication skills, proficiency with technology, and the ability to provide in-person care within a 45-minute radius. Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings and treatment of anxiety or depression is preferred.
