This Library Concierge role focuses on delivering a high level of customer service at RMIT's library service points and maintaining the physical collections. The incumbent will perform physical collections tasks, or a combination of tasks, in any rostered shift, and will be required to open and close Library spaces. The role may also involve working across the Library on projects and programs.
