Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Source new savings and current bank accounts through direct field sales and local market networking.
- Target Achievement: Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales budgets for CASA, deposits, and related financial products.
- Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to cross-sell additional bank products and deepen account value.
- CRM Tracking: Log and update all daily client visits, pipeline data, and lead statuses accurately in the bank's CRM system.
- Process Compliance: Collect correct KYC and onboarding documentation while resolving application discrepancies swiftly.
Locations - Panaji, Mapusa, Candolim, Sanquelim, Caranzalem, Porvorim, Sawantwadi, Calangute, Patto and Kankavli.
