Piper Companies is seeking a
Level 1 Analyst
to join a healthcare organization in the Philadelphia area. The
Level 1 Analyst
will provide essential frontline IT support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in an enterprise help desk environment.
Responsibilities of the Level 1 Analyst:
- Provide Level 1 phone and remote support for end users across the organization
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)
- Support enterprise applications, desktop environments, and peripherals
- Assist with password resets, printer installations, and driver updates
- Provide remote access support and assist with Citrix migration troubleshooting
- Follow ITIL processes while maintaining HIPAA and IT security compliance
Qualifications of the Level 1 Analyst:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- Baseline IT troubleshooting knowledge (internship, coursework, or similar experience)
- Familiarity with help desk environments and ticketing systems preferred
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, MacOS, mobile platforms)
- High school diploma required; no bachelor’s degree required
Compensation for the Level 1 Analyst includes:
- Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite per week)
- Opportunity to gain enterprise-level IT experience in healthcare
- Exposure to Citrix environments and large-scale IT operations
