Legal Secretary

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible secretarial, typing and administrative support to the team, Oxford office and wider firm
• Support colleagues across different teams with a range of administrative tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and service
• Work with a firm whose recognised experts advise a diverse client base, including businesses, property developers, house builders, farmers, landowners, landed estates, entrepreneurs and private individuals

Requirements

• 12+ months of experience
• Previous secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
• Strong typing and IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Professional and flexible approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence to work independently while collaborating with colleagues at all levels
