Role Overview: An attorney supporting cloud infrastructure, supply chain, and procurement teams by providing legal counsel and transactional support for AWS technology agreements.
- Key Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating complex commercial, hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and support agreements; advising on legal, operational, and compliance risks; developing policies, procedures, and training resources; collaborating cross-functionally to resolve legal and operational issues; supporting vendor engagement and negotiation strategies; assisting in developing long-term infrastructure strategies.
- Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years legal experience, JD, licensed to practice law; experience in transactional work, technology agreements preferred; strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecom, or cloud services advantageous.
This role involves managing multiple complex projects, providing strategic legal guidance, and enabling seamless product development and deployment to support AWS’s global infrastructure.
