Legal Analyst

About This Role

This role involves supporting contract administration by coordinating review requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely execution of legal instructions. It suits a candidate with a foundational understanding of legal principles and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate contract review requests from departments or business units to the Contract Administration Supervisor
• Maintain organized records, databases, and contract tracking systems of notarized and executed contracts to ensure accessibility and accuracy
• Create and maintain a repository of contract templates
• Ensure timely follow-up and execution of instructions by the Contract Administration Supervisor by coordinating with areas and departments, tracking actions taken, and reporting completion status
• Perform other tasks related to Contract Administration which may be delegated by the Contract Administration Supervisor, Legal Manager or Legal Counsel

Requirements

• Bachelor

's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field

• Basic understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, and applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• BSP/AMLC/Data Privacy training certificates
