This role focuses on building operational infrastructure that increases the Legal team's leverage and velocity at Imprint, creating systems, workflows, and AI-powered solutions to make complex legal work more scalable, organized, and efficient. The Legal Analyst will own contract operations, document management, legal intake processes, and cross-functional coordination, transforming sophisticated legal work across various partnerships and transactions into repeatable systems. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to leverage AI tools to improve how a high-growth fintech legal team operates.
