The Legal Analyst supports the Legal Department through the administration, review, and management of commercial contracts and related documentation. Reporting to the Senior Paralegal and working under the direction of Company attorneys, the role helps ensure contracts are managed efficiently, risks are identified and escalated appropriately, and business objectives are supported through effective contract lifecycle management.
