Multiple openings - Officer to AM, Leasing grade for different developers in Hong Kong - Retail team
Duties:
- Handle daily leasing enquires
- Oversee all leasing-related matters, such as tenant management, leasing negotiations, leasing inquiries, pre-lease management, new rentals, and leasing proposal documents
- Undertake leasing negotiation and build good relationship with existing and potential tenants
- Conduct market research
- Strategic planning and budget planning
Requirements:
- Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
- Junior to Management Level Openings, depends on experience
- Retail/ Office/ Residential field openings, depends on experience
- Experience in leasing or related role in real estate industry
- Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
- Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
