About the role
Position: Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager
We are partnering with Hong Kong Property Developer and they are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager to drive property occupancy, oversee lease-up strategies, and build strong relationships with external parties. This is a key role where you will manage the end-to-end leasing lifecycle from pre-leasing marketing campaigns to contract execution and tenant onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute target leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield intake cycles.
- Conduct property viewings, handle inquiries, negotiate lease terms, and manage tenancy documentation.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, and market trends in Hong Kong to adjust pricing tactics proactively.
- Coordinate seamless check-in/check-out processes and foster a vibrant, welcoming community environment for residents; coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure the rental cycle runs smoothly.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 years of real estate leasing, leasing brokers or sales experience in Hong Kong.
- Direct experience in co-living, serviced apartments, or residential leasing is highly preferred.
- Results-driven with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
