This high-energy and driven Leasing Manager role focuses on people, performance, and creating an exceptional resident experience. The person in this role will own the leasing strategy, driving occupancy and revenue. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is confident in converting tours into leases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute leasing strategy to drive occupancy and revenue
- Be a top performer in leasing, actively touring, closing, and setting the pace for the team
- Coach and motivate the leasing team to exceed weekly and monthly goals
- Manage traffic, tours, follow-up, and closing ratios
- Drive marketing initiatives, including social media strategy and posting, resident and prospect events, flyers, outreach, and local partnerships
- Analyze market trends, comps, and pricing to stay competitive
- Ensure an exceptional prospect and resident experience from first touch to move-in
- Maintain strong reporting and accountability (tours, leases, traffic, etc.)
- Partner with maintenance and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Continuously bring ideas, energy, and solutions to improve performance
Requirements
- Proven success in leasing, sales, or multifamily management
- Strong closing ability and sales mindset
- Experience or confidence in marketing, social media, and event execution
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- High level of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude
