About the role
Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated to work and can drive the best results with coworking partners;
- Develop rental budget, leasing plans and strategies to achieve the prescribed targets and goals;
- Conduct property market research and source potential properties for branch, automatic teller machine, automatic banking center etc. network expansion;
- Independently manage and handle all leasing related matters, scrutinize legal documents, and familiar with the relevant procedures;
- Prepare market reports and make presentations to the senior management;
- Manage and ensure the services and deliverables in compliance with the Bank in-house guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate Management or Property or related disciplines;
- Chartered member of HKIS/MRICS or member of professional bodies or associations in relation to real estate disciplines preferred;
- Holder of EAA Licence;
- At least 15 years’ experience on tenant side property leasing is necessary;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong market sense;
- Good command of written English and Chinese with excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills; and
- Proficient computer skills
