Leasing efforts are driven by the Leasing Consultant, who takes ownership of innovative ideas and implements strategies to achieve results in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

• Initiate projects, drive success, and lead conversations that build strong relationships and inspire others
• Work in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving leasing goals and results
• Collaborate, communicate, and engage with residents and team members to create impactful connections
• Market and lease available apartments to maximize occupancy while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service and retention strategies
• Participate in advertising and community outreach to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Proactively identify and address potential risks to maintain a safe environment for employees and residents

Requirements

• A results-driven mindset with personal drive and a passion for making a positive impact
• Ability to independently execute tasks while motivating and empowering others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
• Availability to work weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost

• Bachelor’s degree
