Leasing Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to manage the daily operations of the leasing team at an apartment community, ensuring residents experience luxury living. The consultant will be a driving force in helping residents find their ideal home, customizing tours to individual tastes, and following through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for.

Responsibilities

• Help residents find the best place to call home
• Customize tours to individual tastes, recommending floorplans and outlining neighborhood attractions
• Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for
• Create a sense of community and go the extra mile for new residents
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
• Continuously reach out to prospective residents with tailored updates
• Help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live

Requirements

• Saturday availability is required
• Incredible customer service skills
• Sales and marketing skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
