About This Role
Managing the leasing process from initial inquiries to signed leases is the core of the Leasing Agent role at RentBolt. This position suits ambitious and results-driven professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while working with some of the largest residential property owners in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings and present available rental units to prospective tenants.
- Manage inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into signed leases.
- Coordinate rental applications and support tenants throughout the leasing process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and internal teams.
- Independently manage your schedule, appointments, and leasing pipeline.
- Travel between residential properties across Greater Montreal.
Requirements
- Highly autonomous, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout Greater Montreal.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer service is an asset.
