Leasing Agent

About This Role

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of our company, showing apartments and homes, hosting open houses, and helping prospective residents find their next home. This role suits someone who is friendly, outgoing, and eager to provide VIP customer service to our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Show available apartments and houses to prospective residents
• Host open houses and rental events
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Answer questions about available properties
• Coordinate showings and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions
• Assist with application follow-up and move-in coordination
• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically
• Prioritize service for Onondaga County properties

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer programs
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Sales, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• RE Salesperson license is a plus, but not required; training available
