About This Role
Leasing agents play an important role in attracting new residents, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain high occupancy at Fina Vista Apartments. You will guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from their first inquiry and apartment tour to application approval and move-in. This role works closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to ensure apartments are ready for move-in, residents receive excellent service, and the property operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person
- Conduct apartment tours and highlight the property's features, amenities, and benefits
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert inquiries and tours into signed leases
- Assist applicants with rental applications, required documentation, and lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, tours, applications, and leasing activity
- Help achieve occupancy and leasing goals established by management
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist residents with questions, concerns, and general property information
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager
- Help create a welcoming community and positive resident experience
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to coordinate apartment readiness and move-ins
- Monitor vacant apartments and communicate cleaning, repair, and maintenance needs
- Assist with property inspections and ensure vacant apartments and common areas are presentable for tours
- Maintain organized leasing records and accurate information in property management software
- Prepare daily leasing activity reports, including prospects, tours, applications, and occupancy updates
- Assist with online apartment listings, advertising, and social media marketing
- Help develop creative ways to generate leads and increase apartment tours
- Monitor local rental market conditions and competitor pricing
- Participate in resident retention and community marketing efforts
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and online software
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn leasing procedures and comply with Fair Housing laws
Nice to have:
- Previous apartment leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience
- Experience with property management software or CRM systems
- Knowledge of the Tucson rental market
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
