About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
This role will play a key part in shaping the organization's talent development strategy and ensuring employees have the skills and capabilities required to achieve current and future business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development strategy.
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and oversee learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and career development pathways.
- Manage talent development programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of learning programs.
- Manage relationships with training providers, educational institutions, and external partners.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.
- Monitor learning trends, best practices, and emerging development methodologies.
- Manage the learning budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Master's degree and/or professional certifications in Learning & Development are an advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience designing and implementing organizational learning strategies.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
- Must be a Qatari.
