About This Role

This internship in Learning & Development (L&D) offers the opportunity to take your first professional steps in a team that designs, organizes, and improves learning experiences within a company. You will discover how artificial intelligence can transform training and help new hires have a special first day, turning training into a truly enriching experience. The role suits someone with initiative, organizational skills, an ability to connect with others, and a strong desire to explore new ways of learning and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new colleagues, actively participating in initial onboarding, reception, and orientation sessions
• Organize and support onboarding processes, helping to coordinate the different integration phases for new hires
• Support training activities, managing calls, participants, evaluations, and documentation
• Create and update training materials, collaborating on the development of content and resources to facilitate learning
• Review and improve internal processes, identifying small improvements to work more agilely and efficiently
• Explore the potential of artificial intelligence, participating in digitalization, automation, and optimization projects for training processes
• Prepare and coordinate training sessions, supporting the team in their organization and development
• Ask questions, propose ideas, experiment, and actively participate in departmental projects

Important Details
