Learning Coordinator, Learning and Development

About This Role

The Learning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring training and development initiatives within the Delivery Station. This role works closely with the operations team, site leadership, and the regional Learning team to ensure that all associates have the necessary competencies to perform their functions safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Amazon standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs (onboarding, recurrent, upskilling) for T1–T3 DS associates, ensuring coverage across all shifts
• Administer assignments, track completions, and report compliance in learning systems
• Coordinate operational certification processes, training quality audits, and validate the effectiveness of Learning interventions
• Monitor key indicators (Learning Curve, New Hires productivity, compliance rates) and propose data-driven corrective actions
• Participate in the implementation of new processes, equipment, or operational changes, ensuring training material is updated and available
• Coordinate and develop the site's team of Learning Trainers/Ambassadors, including calibrations and feedback
• Identify opportunities for improvement in training processes, propose innovative solutions, and document best practices
• Act as the liaison between operations, WHS, quality, and the regional Learning team to align training priorities

Requirements

• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Nice to have:

• Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with project management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
